“We completed our renovation with Build Built in May 2021. Our designer was Kelly and project manager was Marcus. Amidst the Covid situation, we never once felt that work was behind and faced any uncertainty of a delay. Kelly was patient and took our views and incorporated it into her design and it turned out great! What could be improved on for us would be to include more discussions on practicality and usage. Marcus was professional and was able to see blindspots and pick them out fast and have them sorted. Defect rectification and handover was done swiftly and after sales care was also prompt. We had some hiccups pertaining to the loft building due to the documentation required but we are sure after our project, both of them are well versed in lofts now.
