The design to built process was very engaging and interesting. Kudos to both Lucas and Conrad who were managing our Reno. Lucas was patient and attentive during the design process. While he had ideas for our design, he was receptive to our own perspective. No objections to our many exhausting design ideas.

And to Conrad. The most accommodating and responsive PM. He is not afraid to do the ground work. He reacts fast to feedback given. And he managed to deliver our house Reno on time even when our schedule had a lot of major holidays in-between.

While every Reno journey will have issues and quirks, build built team folks are dependable and responsible. We are pleased with the results and will recommend build built for anyone's Reno journey.

Working with Hazel and Michael is very pleasant! The one thing that got us onboard was how well organised our first D&B and the fact they have designated PMs for the project.

Hazel worked around our budget and proposed based on our mood board. During tile shopping, Hazel was prepared with her recommendations and brought us to designated areas to avoid decision fatigue, keeping it efficient and fulfilling experience. I also love how Hazel is reassuring in her designs and perspective. Got introduced to the company by a friend and hired them to do carry out the renovation of my resale flat. It was minimal renovations with some built wardrobes, changes to the paint colours of the home and bathroom fixtures.

However, even with the minimal renovations, Roland and Sophia were professional throughout and went beyond to get things done well and on time. Also greatly appreciate that they were amenable to my requests and even some last minute ones.

We appointed Buildbuilt very early (almost 6 months before key collection) and were assigned to Jocelyn and Xiwen. We were very surprised on how “spot-on” Jocelyn was in taking in our comments, requirements and ideas and put them into renders which is almost (if not 95%) to what we wanted!

Xiwen able to give us plenty of realistic advices to make sure our ideas stay real. Guess it’s also because we were of the same generation, it was easy to click with them! Though we have not started renovation, but we are very glad to have Jocelyn and Xiwen to be part of our first home renovation journey!

I loved working with Alfred (ID) and Keith (PM) from start to finish.

They really took whatever I had to say, wanted and had doubts about seriously. They were quick to communicate and honestly they were just really amiable, fun and easy to work with, which made that half the battle won. It was very clear they listened as when they proposed ideas it both surprised (in a good way) and delighted me.

Working alongside them was a breeze and once it came to execution they ensured they came with solutions when there were issues (it was a very old flat) and made sure that I understood fully before we jumped in. When I needed suggestions or some advise they also came to the rescue.

We have shortlisted a few ID firms for our renovation but alot of them assigned a greenhorn designer and it is apparent that while they are able to come up with designs, it lacked the practical aspect.

Build built was the last of the firms we met up with. We decided to give it a try as we liked that they assign a person for each role. By doing that, we feel that each person is able to concentrate and perform at their specialised area.

We were looking for an interior design firm to help with the renovation of our apartment before moving in. Had the pleasure of having Lucas as the designer and Xiwen as our project manager for the renovation of our new flat.

Overall the entire process was pretty smooth. I thoroughly enjoyed the designing process including where we were allowed to get a feel of the design using VR. I also really liked that they did not just propose cookie cutter designs that most generic IDs we've seen have proposed.

Lucas tailored some interesting and fresh ideas based on our needs which we really liked. Xiwen is also very active in advising on whether certain ideas were possible as well as potential problems to expect. Thank you for tolerating our occasional fickle-mindedness as well!
